Returns

Please contact us first by phone or email before shipping the product you would like to return. Call us at (413) 443-7171 or email us at: giftshop@berkshiremuseum.org

We have a 30-day return policy and do not accept returns beyond 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange we require a receipt.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at giftshop@berkshiremuseum.org or call us at 94130 443-7171. Direct your package to Berkshire Museum Gift Shop, 39 South Street, Pittsfield, MA 01247.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
